Global Representatives from Cambridge University Press & Assessment at SSVM World School

On 29 March 2023, the meeting with Mr Arun Rajamani, Managing Director, Cambridge University Press & Assessment, Ms Elizabeth Cater, Director, Global Marketing, Cambridge University Press & Assessment, Mr Ian Harris, Director, Brand, Communications and Advocacy, Cambridge University Press & Assessment, Mr Mahesh Srivastava, Regional Director, Cambridge University Press & Assessment, and Mr Dilip Kottapadath, Senior Regional Manager, Cambridge University Press & Assessment, was truly insightful.

As part of the meeting, we shared our experience with offering Cambridge qualifications. We discussed what motivated our school to adopt the Cambridge programme. Additionally, we discussed how our teachers and parents responded to the program, and how popular the Cambridge programme is in our region. Also, we discussed how the Cambridge programme helped our learners both academically and socially.

The team also visited SSVM World School | A Cambridge International School. We took them on a campus tour and had an enlightening interaction with global representatives from Cambridge University Press and Assessment.

Team Cambridge University Press & Assessment visits SSVM World School

On 28 March 2023, SSVM World School campus was abuzz with Senior students bubbling with energy, ready to start their journey of success and transformation.

Mr Dilip Kottapadath, Senior Regional Manager, Cambridge University Press and Assessment and Mr Arun Rajamani, Managing Director at Cambridge University Press and Assessment, South Asia gave an insight into the school’s autonomy and resolved several queries of the young minds.

The senior management team and Principals introduced Mr. Arun and Mr. Dilip to the students and teachers. They shared their experiences about achieving their dreams and how to achieve success through strong passion.

The chief members of the team explained to the students about the current scenario where academic excellence is largely given importance for pupils applying for university places at institutions and how the Cambridge curriculum is playing a major role in offering the key to success by offering experiences, personal qualities, skills and importantly the ability to use their academic and pastoral knowledge and apply it practically to real-world problems.

They also explained the importance of equipping young generations with essential social skills and life skills to excel in our increasingly globalized world.
